Some experience highlights include creating and developing comprehensive fundraising programs built on the organization’s goals, capacities, and priorities. But raising dollars, while exciting and key, is not the only focus of the work. Much of it centers on people: coaching leaders to work to their fullest potential and unique strength; bringing understanding and awareness to volunteer boards to align individual interest with organizational mission; making space for shared decision-making; and evolving organizations to allow more access, more shared resources, and more pathways toward opportunity.
